“Professional, polite, kindhearted staff and providers from reception/intake nursing, techs, doctors. They were also expedient but not rushed. Everyone asked the questions, took time to listen (particularly important for me as I have some difficulty speaking). The doctor came back with the CT Scan test results (there were several) and sat down, beside me, to go over each part. You read that correctly, made it a point to sit down, beside me, and reviewed all of it with me to the extent and time I needed; with a smile. They were ALL pleasant and smiled, and really appeared to love their positions, working at Express ER, and really cared about me; not a number, not another problem, but me the person and patient. No frowns, no long faces, no exasperation, no acting rude or put out. Oh and I am wheelchair bound, so an extra shout out to the one that took me for the CT. I was dizzy so he was careful with me, asked how he could assist my transfer the best, did great, and he was the medical professional to perform the Scan. He provided explanations, made sure I felt safe and comfortable, came back and for to check on me between each portion, and also told me what the next part of the scan was to be, asked if I had any questions. He was very careful and expressed concern for my pain and how to help me best getting me back into the wheelchair. Well done young man. Well done all of you. I sincerely appreciate each of you for your professional care for me with such a personal consideration and concern. You are all a ‘breath of fresh air’ as they say. My sincere apologies for not requesting a business card or taking down every one of your names so as to personally recognize you in this review. You each certainly deserve it. These again are the great medical and staff persons at Express ER on Buffalo Gap Rd at Danville in Abilene TX.”
